For The Guardian, I took Kezia Cole and Richard Hay to an Amazon ‘fulfilment’ centre to discuss their new show, Fulfilment.

Sometimes with interviews you can have awkward moments after the actual interview bit is over; the job’s done and everyone wants to go home now. But this one – which lasted all day, even longer than planned since we missed a train by seconds and ended up waiting for decades for the next one – was a complete joy from start to finish.

I learnt a lot about the horrors of Amazon for this, and I’m really it led me to reading Hired by James Bloodworth. It’s changed my shopping habits, and since, I’ve only bought items from Amazon when I absolutely can’t find them elsewhere.
